Once Upon a Time reminded us what extraordinary things can happen when a conscious community of creative humans comes together.

We built a fantasy wonderland where joy, play, and communal care were at the forefront for a few beautiful days. We witnessed hundreds of strangers become friends, learn something about themselves, and reconnect with their inner child. We nourished our bodies with yoga & elixirs, sang puppet show karaoke, and danced until sunrise.

At Once Upon a Time, we asked everyone to remember their magic. Now we’re inviting everyone back to keep the magic alive.

Whether you were with us at Once Upon a Time or not, we welcome to you join us for a night of dancing, performances, cozy corners, silliness, and more in this epic celebration of creativity & community.

🌙 Why This Night Matters

DuckDuckRoar has always been about more than just parties. We create spaces where people feel seen, free to express themselves, and connected with others. Every event is built by artists, volunteers, and a community that believes in creating something meaningful together.

As a grassroots nonprofit, we work hard to keep our events affordable and accessible. Unfortunately, this festival was hit with unexpected expenses—from extreme gas prices to soaring insurance costs—that far exceeded ticket revenue, leaving us deeper in the hole than our wishing well.

Rather than quietly asking for help, we wanted to do what we do best: bring everyone together for one more unforgettable night.

Every ticket purchased helps us close out Once Upon a Time and make the next chapter of DuckDuckRoar possible. If you can't attend, please consider making a tax-deductible donation to DuckDuckRoar (DDR Sanctuary) to help keep these experiences alive.
